When the items are in stock, packages are generally sent within 7 working days of receipt of payment of the order total (all costs included).
The standard delivery method means delivery to your home by a company specialised in home deliveries. Depending on the coverage area or any possible increase in demand for the carrier (sales, strikes,…), delivery time may be longer.
During a normal delivery period, deliveries take 5 to 7 days, on average. The delivery company will make direct contact with you to set a date to suit you (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
If you are out when the delivery arrives at the place and time agreed, a second appointment may be made. ORKC may request a second payment of the delivery fee if a second delivery has to be planned.
Delivery charges include packaging, handling and the delivery itself. They may include a fixed part and a part which varies depending on the price and weight of your order as well as the delivery point.
We recommend you group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two different orders and you must pay delivery charges for each order.
Deliveries of parasols: BENELUX, UK, France, Corsica and Switserland.
Deliveries of accessories: worldwide.
Deliveries of replacement components (excl. complete rib kits): worldwide. The rib kits are shipped to BENELUX, UK, France, Corsica and Switserland only.
In the case of a return, no fee may be charged to the ORKC company, even in the case of a cancellation. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed.
All merchandise return charges will be paid by the purchaser. The merchandise will be returned exclusively to the ORKC store located at Zoning Nord 33, 5377 Baillonville, Belgium.
The returned merchandise must be in the same state it was in when received and in its original packaging. Management reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. The returned items may be exchanged for a voucher of the same value or for a reimbursement after agreement between ORKC and the purchaser.
